Before I dig in I just want to quickly look at what vegan kinds of milk are available at Biggby Coffee. Biggby Coffee has a great selection of vegan kinds of milk, with oat, soya, coconut, and almond available.

Before I continue a quick note on cross-contamination. As is always the case at all non-exclusively vegan restaurants there is always the chance of cross-contamination with non-vegan items.

Also, the source of the sugar used in items has not been verified in terms of whether bone char has been used to process it. If this is an issue for you, then stick to the sugar-free drinks below as well as the sugar-free syrups (caramel, vanilla, and hazelnut) and the sugar-free mocha sauce.

1. Dark Hot Chocolate

If you love hot chocolate, then good news – you can order a vegan hot chocolate at Biggby Coffee. Biggby’s cocoa powder is dairy-free. Their mocha and sugar-free mocha sauces are also dairy-free (all the other sauces contain dairy).
This means if you order a hot dark chocolate with vegan milk and without the whipped cream it will be vegan. You could even see if it could be made for you using the sugar-free mocha sauce.
Just note that the mellow, mint and caramel hot chocolate varieties are not vegan as these sauces contain dairy.
2. Sugar-Free Vanilla Latte

Biggby has an insane number of lattes on their menu (slightly overwhelming in fact). The main things you must avoid when ordering a vegan latte (apart from dairy milk of course) are:
- White Lightning (white chocolate)
- Mint
- Caramel sauce (syrup is fine)
- Salted caramel
- Mellow (marshmallow)
- Vanilla Powder
Biggby has Monin vegan sugar-free syrups which are such a great option to add to your latte. All the delicious flavor, none of the sugar. An oat milk latte with a sugar-free vanilla latte is a great vegan Biggby order. Oaty vanilla vegan vibes, but with none of the sugar.
3. Sugar-Free Sugar Bear Latte

The sugar bear latte at Biggby Coffee consists of a caramel and hazelnut latte. The best way to order this is with sugar-free hazelnut and caramel syrups – as they are vegan and don’t contain sugar. Make sure to order yours with the vegan milk of your choice and of course no whip.
It is also worth clarifying with your server that you do not want any vanilla powder or caramel sauce in it (neither are vegan) – the hazelnut and caramel syrups (sugar-free or regular) are vegan.
4. Banana Mango Freeze – Dairy-Free

Okay now for some exciting news – Biggby now has two automatically dairy-free freezes on the menu. The Freezes at Biggby are basically Biggby’s equivalent of a Frappuccino. The tenacious tonic used as a base contains dairy so until recently the only way you could also have a vegan Freeze at Biggby was by substituting the tenacious tonic for vegan milk.
Well, no long – the banana mango Freeze is vegan as-is – no substitutions required!
This Freeze has dairy-free in the name so shouldn’t come with whipped cream – but there is no harm in clarifying that you don’t want whipped cream when ordering.
5. Mango Creme Freeze – Dairy-Free

The other dairy-free “as-is” Freeze at Biggby is the mango creme freeze. If you love mango, then this one is a must-try.
6. Pina Colada Creme Freeze

To order the pina colada creme Freeze vegan at Biggby you need to make a couple of substitutions for this order – but come on its pina colada so totally going to be worth it.
When ordering make sure to clarify that you want the tenacious tonic (not vegan) to be substituted for the vegan milk of your choice. I highly recommend the coconut milk to add to the coconutty Pina colada vibes. And hold the whip of course.

I realize that Butterscotch doesn’t sound very vegan, but according to Biggby’s allergen statement their butterscotch syrup does not contain any dairy.
